bdtk is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform. We verify age during registration and reserve the right to request additional proof at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and any funds returned.
Each player is allowed exactly one bdtk account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim bonuses more than once or for any other reason — is a breach of these terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited without notice.
All deposits, withdrawals, and balances on bdtk are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. There are no foreign currency conversions on this platform. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the payments section of these terms, subject to verification requirements.
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, use automated betting tools, or collude with other players is strictly prohibited. bdtk monitors all activity and will suspend or permanently close accounts where unfair play is detected, with no obligation to return funds.
All bonuses and promotional offers on bdtk come with specific wagering requirements and conditions. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the stated wagering requirements have been met. bdtk reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

To use the bdtk platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:
bdtk reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof, your account may be suspended or closed. Any winnings accumulated during a period where eligibility requirements were not met may be forfeited.
Age Verification: bdtk takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Deposits made by underage players will be returned, but any winnings will be forfeited.
To access the full features of bdtk, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
Each person may hold only one bdtk account. If you already have an account and attempt to register a second one, both accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. bdtk will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
bdtk reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
All financial transactions on bdtk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdtk supports local payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits are credited to your bdtk account once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. bdtk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to identity verification. bdtk reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to a copy of your national ID, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address.
Note: If your account has not been verified, withdrawal requests may be held until verification is complete. We recommend completing identity verification as soon as you register to avoid delays when you want to withdraw.
All bets placed on bdtk are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that particular game.
A bet is considered confirmed once it has been accepted by the bdtk system and a confirmation reference has been issued. bdtk reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds, or a system malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
bdtk reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any game, market, or player account at any time. Players who are found to be exploiting pricing errors or technical faults will have their bets voided and their accounts reviewed.
bdtk offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these overall Terms.
If bdtk determines that a player has been abusing bonuses — for example by creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — bdtk reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any associated winnings, and close the account.
bdtk is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdtk platform:
bdtk monitors all account activity and uses automated systems to detect unusual patterns. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bdtk may suspend the account immediately, void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, withhold any associated winnings, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
Zero Tolerance: bdtk operates a zero-tolerance policy on cheating, fraud, and collusion. Accounts found in breach of fair play rules will be permanently closed with no right of appeal.

These tools take effect immediately when set. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period before they come into effect. If you choose to self-exclude, bdtk will make every reasonable effort to ensure you cannot access the platform during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bdtk platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of bdtk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
bdtk does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. bdtk will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify players in advance of scheduled maintenance where possible.
In any event, bdtk's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bdtk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them.

bdtk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Where changes are material, bdtk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the bdtk platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the bdtk platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bdtk's internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified in the platform's licensing documentation.
bdtk's internal complaints process is the first point of contact for any dispute. To raise a complaint, contact the support team with full details of your issue. bdtk will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
